This is a specific Yoga block for complete beginners or those who have not practiced yoga in a very long time. In this class we will go through the principles of yoga and the foundational postures, and an introduction into the sequence of a class. This is a great option for anyone beginning on their Yoga Journey or returning after a long break. Classes are shorter, at 45 minutes to allow a gradual increase in your abilities.
The regular Hatha yoga class will be a combination of strength and mobility work. It is for both beginners and intermediate Yogis (yes, that’s you) and all postures are adaptable to suit your needs. This class is a little longer at 1 hour long, but don’t worry there will be lots of relaxation time.
The restorative class is a slower more gentle class, aimed at winding down and relaxation. It can be helpful for those looking for a little more down time rather than a vigorous practice. Very helpful for stress relief and relieving those areas of tension. Again this class is 1 hour long and aimed at letting go of the stressors of the day.

Personal yoga classes are available to those looking for more of a tailored approach.
