Physiotherapist led yoga either in a 1:1 or group setting depending on your needs or preferences. Or maybe there is a group of friends looking to do yoga together. Maybe you would like an early morning yoga session with your partner. Get in touch if you would like to discuss more options.
Group Yoga classes will be done in 4 week blocks and there are a number of different classes you can chose from. Please see below for different blocks. All classes are Hatha Yoga with an Ashtanga based principle.
This is a specific Yoga block for complete beginners or those who have not practiced yoga in a very long time. In this class we will go through the principles of yoga and the foundational postures, and an introduction into the sequence of a class. This is a great option for anyone beginning on their Yoga Journey or returning after a long break. Classes are shorter to allow a gradual increase in your abilities.
The regular Hatha yoga class will be a combination of strength and mobility work. It is for both beginners and intermediate Yogis (yes, that’s you) and all postures are adaptable to suit your needs. This class is a little longer at 1 hour long, but don’t worry there will be lots of relaxation time.
The restorative class is a slower more gentle class, aimed at winding down and relaxation. It can be helpful for those looking for a little more down time rather than a vigorous practice. Very helpful for stress relief and relieving those areas of tension. Again this class is 1 hour long and aimed at letting go of the stressors of the day.
