Yoga Classes

Suitable to all levels

Physiotherapist led yoga either in a 1:1 or group setting depending on your needs or preferences. Or maybe you have a group of friends looking to do yoga together. Maybe you would like an early morning yoga session with your partner. Get in touch if you would like to discuss more options.

We've Yoga Classes to meet all levels:

  • Yoga Circles.
  • Hatha Yoga.
  • Restorative Yoga.
  • 1:1 or Tailored Yoga Sessions.


Yoga Circle

Yoga Circle takes place on the first Sunday of every month; a combination of gentle yoga practice with breath work and meditation to set intentions for the month ahead. No previous yoga or meditation practice is required, come and enjoy a relaxing evening to relax and recharge.


Hatha Yoga

The regular Hatha yoga class will be a combination of strength and mobility work. It is for both beginners and intermediate Yogis (yes, that’s you) and all postures are adaptable to suit your needs. This class is a combination of movement and breath work and finished with a lovely relaxation.

Restorative Yoga

The Restorative class is a slower more gentle class, aimed at winding down and relaxation. It can be helpful for those looking for a little more down time rather than a vigorous practice. Very helpful for stress relief and relieving those areas of tension.

1:1 Or Tailored Yoga

Personal yoga classes are available to those looking for more of a tailored approach. Alternatively if you would like a class specifically for you and your partner, or maybe for a group of friends scattered across the country this can be organised.
