Directions:
From Douglas Village, head west along the Douglas Link Road past Douglas Village Shopping Centre
Turn left at the traffic lights onto West Douglas Street. Take the first right at the traffic lights into St Patrick’s Woollen Mills.
Follow the road the whole way to the back of the business estate, around to the left, and left again until you are in the main part of the business estate. You will see The Fabric Outlet and On The Pigs Back. At On the Pigs Back turn left once more and Body Mechanics in on the left at the end of the cut de sac.
On entering Body Mechanics follow the signs for the coffee machine along the long corridor.
Once you reach the coffee machine, you can take a seat and I will be with you shortly
