Our Philosophy
At Danielle Malone Physiotherapy, health is more than just the absence of pain. It’s about feeling strong, confident, and in harmony with your body. I believe all aspects of musculoskeletal and women’s health physiotherapy should strive to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms, to achieve lasting wellness. Through a combination of hands-on therapy, movement education, and mindful practices, we work together to foster your body’s natural ability to heal and thrive.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help you to move comfortably and confidently throughout your lifespan. Whether you’re attended for pain/injury or for women’s health physiotherapy, movement and exercise are of utmost importance. We aim to ensure your pain, injury or pelvic health symptoms do not hold you back from leading an active, fulfilling and healthy and lifestyle.
- To provide comprehensive, compassionate care that addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of health.
- To empower you with knowledge and tools to manage your health confidently.
- To create a supportive environment where your well-being is the top priority.
Meet Dani, your Physiotherapist
I am a CORU Registered, Musculoskeletal and Women’s Health Physiotherapist with over nearly 10 years’ experience working both in Ireland and Singapore. My particular interest in sport and exercise throughout my life had me initially pursue a career in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports rehab and persistent pain. In 2019 I undertook post-graduate training to begin working in women’s health physiotherapy and I subsequently branched out to also treating males pelvic health. A large proportion of people I see in the clinic now are people with pelvic health concerns such as constipation. leakage and prolapse.
In 2021, I decided to make the leap to open up Danielle Malone Physiotherapy with the aim of providing evidence based physiotherapy treatment to empower all individuals to move and exercise despite their concern or diagnosis. I am also a qualified yoga teacher and I recognise the impact of our thoughts and beliefs on our physical body. I often incorporate yogic practices into my management of both pelvic health conditions and pain/injury to facilitate a holistic approach to your health.
Along side opening my business, I also worked in the Mercy University Hospital where I worked in both the Pelvic Health Service and in the Minor Injury Unit where I treated a range of acute injuries. I always have felt that pelvic health and musculoskeletal care are significantly intertwined and so I have decided to continue both specialities. In 2024, I left the hospital to focus my full attention at Private Practice. Being based out of Body Mechanics Health and Fitness, I have full gym access to ensure both my assessment and treatment can be sufficiently tailored to you.
In my spare time I love to be active and adventure. In the last number of years I have taken up running and June 2025 saw me complete my first (and probably last) marathon. I also like to lift weights and spend time on my yoga mat. I am always happiest when near the sea and love nothing more than a winter sunrise dip.
